UCD CAH has launched a newly created bilingual gender diversity website which aims to recognise the identities and experiences of transgender and gender-diverse students, faculty, and staff.

Launched on International Trans* Day of Visibility 2026 by Professor Regina Uí Chollatáin, College Principal, UCD College of Arts and Humanities, the site contains information for Trans* students; advice on creating Trans*-inclusive teaching spaces; FAQs; a glossary of terms; and other useful resources including an introduction to Trans* identities.

This resource has been translated into Irish, ensuring the information and terminology contained within it is also available to the Irish-speaking community.

Cuireadh leagan Gaeilge den acmhainn seo ar fáil le cinntiú go mbeadh teacht ag pobal na Gaeilge ar an eolas agus an téarmaíocht atá inti freisin.
