  • Drop any unwanted Spring modules by Friday, 27 March 2026 to avoid owing fees.

Friday, 27 March 2026 is the deadline for:

  • All students applying for Leave of Absence for the Spring trimester 2025/26.
  • January start students applying for Leave of Absence for the full Academic Year 2025/26.

Last day of the Registered Term for:

  • 2024/2025 September - 31 August 2025
  • 2024/2025 January - 31 December 2025
  • 2024/2025 May - 18 May 2026
  • 2025/26 September - 31 August 2026

Access to most IT services you are entitled to, as a registered student, will end on the last day of the term.
