IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society

This event is part of the Distinguished Lecture Program and will be presented by Prof Tadahiko Murata. The presentation will last an hour and will be divided in two parts of 30 minutes to discuss two different topics, with a Q&A at the end of both.

New paper on PublicPolicy.ie by Sam van Elk & Britt Regal (King’s College). This paper examines one approach to doing so through a case study of the London Borough of Culture programme, identifying how such attempts may both enable and constrain citizen involvement.
